Mass Fatality Response Team Activation

On Thursday October 17th, 2024, the Kentucky Coroner’s Association’s Mass Fatality Response Team received a request to activate resourses to Carrollton, Kentucky, in reference to a fatal house fire by the Carrol County Coroner’s Office.
Investigators worked tirelessly until visibility conditions deteriorated. Additional personnel and resourses arrived the following day October 18, 2024, to continue providing mutual aid.
